The 6 lessons from the altar by the Jordan:

1)สร้างเป็นเครื่องเตือนใจไม่ให้ลืมพระเจ้า แต่ลูกหลานกลับลืม (๒๑-๒๙)
Built to remind their children not to forget God but they forgot Him. (21-29)

2)สร้างเป็นสัญญลักษณ์ของพันธสัญญาถาวรของทุกเผ่าและทุกคนทำผิดสัญญา (๒๑-๒๙)
Built as a symbol of a lasting covenant of 12 tribes but they broke the covenant. (21-29)

3)สร้างเพื่อแสดงความสามัคคีของทุกเผ่า แต่ทำให้แตกสามัคคี (๒๑-๒๙)
Built to show the cooperation of all tribes but it broke all the unity. (21-29)

4)ไม่ต้องการให้ใช้เผาเครื่องบูชาแต่ลูกหลานกลับใช้เผาตลอดมา (๒๑-๒๙)
Not intent for burnt offering but their children burnt offering on it. (21-29)

5)สร้างเพื่อเตือนลูกหลานไม่ให้มีพระอื่น แต่ลูกหลานกลับใช้เป็นที่กราบไหว้พระอื่น (๒๑-๒๙)
Built to warn children not to have other gods but they worshipped other gods. (21-29)
