ข้อพระธรรม: ฮีบรู ๑๒: ๑๒-๑๗ Scripture: Hebrew 12:12-17
โครงเรื่อง: คำแนะนำ ๕ ประการจากอัครทูตเปาโล
The 5 advices from Paul:

1)ให้เราอยู่อย่างสงบกับคนทั้งหลาย (๑๔)
Pursue peace with everyone. (14)

2)ให้อุตสาห์ที่จะได้ใจบริสุทธิ์เพื่อจะเห็นพระเจ้า (๑๔)
And the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. (14)

3)อย่าเพิกเฉยต่อพระคุณพระเจ้า (๑๕)
See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God. (15)

4)อย่าให้มีรากขมขื่นงอกขึ้นมาที่จะทำความยุ่งยากให้ (๑๕)
That no root of bitterness springs up and causes trouble, and through it many become defiled. (15)

5)อย่าเป็นคนลามก หรือผิดธัมมะเหมือนเอซาว (๑๖-๑๗)
See to it that no one becomes like Esau, an immoral and godless person, who sold his birthright for a single meal. You know that later, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no chance to repent, even though he sought the blessing with tears. (16-17)
