James 5:13-16 13Are any among you suffering? They should pray. Are any cheerful? They should sing songs of praise. 14Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. 16Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective.

ความจริง ๗ข้อแห่งพลังของคำอธิษฐาน 7 Truths on the power of prayer:       

1)ใครทนทุกข์หรือจงให้คนนั้นอธิษฐานAre any among you suffering? They should pray. (13)

2)มีใครร่าเริงยินดีหรือ? จงให้คนนั้นร้องเพลงสรรเสริญ Are any cheerful? They should sing songs of praise.(13)

3)ท่านเจ็บป่วยหรือ?ให้ผู้ปกครองมาอธิษฐานเผื่อและชโลมเขาด้วยน้ำมันในพระนามขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าAre you sick? Let the elders pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. (14)

4)การอธิษฐานด้วยความเชื่อจะรักษาผู้ป่วยให้หายโรค และองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะทรงให้เขาลุกขึ้นได้The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up. (15)

5)ถ้าเขาเคยทำบาป พระองค์ก็จะทรงให้อภัย and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. (15)

6)ท่านจงสารภาพบาปต่อกันและกัน และจงอธิษฐานเผื่อกันและกัน เพื่อท่านทั้งหลายจะได้รับการรักษาโรคConfess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. (16)

7)คำวิงวอนของผู้ชอบธรรมนั้นมีพลังมากและเกิดผล The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. (16)
