Paul summed up his life in 7 sentences:

1)ข้าพเจ้ากำลังจะตกเป็นเครื่องบูชาอยู่แล้ว (๖)
As for me, I am already being poured out as a libation. (6)

2)ถึงเวลาที่ข้าพเจ้าจะจากไป (๖)
And the time of my departure has come. (6)

3)ข้าพเจ้าได้ต่อสู่อย่างเต็มกำลัง (๗)
I have fought the good fight. (7)

4)ข้าพเจ้าได้แข่งขันจนถึงที่สุด (๗)
I have finished the race. (7)

5)ข้าพเจ้าได้รักษาความเชื่อไว้แล้ว (๗)
I have kept the faith. (7)

6)มงกุฏแห่งความชอบธรรมก็จะเป็นของข้าพเจ้า (๘)
From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness. (8)

7)องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะประทานรางวัลแก่ข้าพเจ้า (๘)
Which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing. (8)
