Ministries in Antioch faced 5 challenges:

1)คนที่พระเจ้าทรงหมายไว้แล้วเพื่อได้ชีวิตนิรันดร์ก็เชื่อ (๔๘)
And as many as had been destined for eternal life became believers. (48)

2)พระวจนะของพระเจ้าแพร่ไปตลอดทั่วเขตแดนนั้น (๔๙)
Thus the word of the Lord spread throughout the region. (49)

3)พวกผู้นำได้เคี่ยวเข็ญอัครทูต (๕๐)
But the Jews incited the devout women of high standing and the leading men of the city, and stirred up persecution against Paul and Barnabas….(50)

4)พวกเขาขับไล่เปาโลและบานาบัสออกจากเมือง (๕๐)
But the Jews incited the devout women of high standing and the leading men of the city…. and drove them out of their region. (50)

๕)พวกสาวกเต็มไปด้วยความชื่นชมยินดีและพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ (๕๒)
And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit. (52)
