Getting ready in 5 ways:

1)ให้เราละทิ้งทุกอย่างที่ถ่วงอยู่ (๑)
Let us also lay aside every weight …….that clings so closely….(1)

2)ให้ละทิ้งบาปที่เกาะแน่น (๑)
Let us also lay aside…….the sin that clings so closely…(1)

3)ขอให้เราวิ่งแข่งขันด้วยความเพียรพยายาม (๑)
And let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us. (1)

4)ให้หมายเอาพระเยซูเป็นผู้บุกเบิกความเชื่อและทำให้ความเชื่อสมบูรณ์ (๒)
Looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith……(2)

5)ให้เอาแบบอย่างความอดทนต่อกางเขน (๒)
Looking to Jesus……who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame……. (2)
