โครงเรื่อง:   ชัยชนะต่อการทดลองทั้ง ๓ ด้านของพระเยซูคริสต์:

Jesus’triumph over 3 temptations:

1).ทดสอบทางร่างกาย-จงสั่งก้อนหินให้กลายเป็นพระกระยาหาร

-มนุษย์จะบำรุงชีวิตด้วยอาหารสิ่งเดียวไม่ได้(๓-๔)

Physical temptation-Command this stone to become a loaf of bread- One does not live by bread alone.(3-4)

2)ทดสอบทางจิตวิญญาณ-จงกราบไห้วนมัสการเรา สรรพสิ่งนั้นจะเป็นของท่านทั้งหมด-จงกราบนมัสการพระองค์ผู้เป็นเจ้าองค์เดียว(๕-๘)

Spiritual temptation-To you I will give their glory and all this authority if you will worship me-Worship the Lord your God and serve only him.(5-8)

3)ทดสอบทางจิตใจ ความคิด ความรู้สึก-ถ้าท่านเป็นบุตรพระเจ้า จงโจนลงไปจากที่นี่-อย่าทดลองพระเจ้าของท่าน (๙-๑๒)

Mental and Emotional temptations-If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here-Do not put the Lord your God to the test.(9-12)
