โครงเรื่อง:   คำสอน ๖ ประการของหนี้รัก

        The 6 teachings on the debt of love:

1. อย่าเป็นหนี้อะไรใครเลย (๘)

Owe no one anything. (8)

2. นอกจากความรักซึ่งมีต่อกัน (๘)

Except to love one another. (8)

3. เพราะว่าผู้ที่รักคนอื่น ก็ได้ปฏิบัติตามธรรมบัญญัติครบถ้วนแล้ว ครบถ้วน (๙)

For the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. (9)

4. ข้อที่ว่า “ห้ามล่วงประเวณีผัวเมียเขา ห้ามฆ่าคน ห้ามลักทรัพย์  ห้ามโลภ” ทั้งพระบัญญัติอื่นๆ ก็รวมอยู่ในข้อนี้คือ “จงรักเพื่อนบ้านเหมือนรักตนเอง” (๙)

The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery; You shall not murder; You shall not steal; You shall not covet”; and any other commandment, are summed up in this word, “Love your neighbor as yourself. (9)

5. ความรักไม่ทำอันตรายต่อเพื่อนบ้านเลย 

Love does no wrong to a neighbor. (10)

6. เพราะฉะนั้นความรักจึงเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ธรรมบัญญัติสำเร็จอย่างครบถ้วน

 Therefore, love is the fulfilling of the law. (10)
