โครงเรื่อง: คำแนะนำ ๖ เรื่องของพ่อตาโมเสส The 6 advices of Moses’ father-in-law:

1)ให้โมเสสเป็นตัวแทนของประชาชนต่อพระเจ้า (๑๙)
Let Moses represents the people before God. (19)

2)ให้โมเสสสั่งสอนประชาชนให้รู้กฏเกณฑ์ของ­พระเจ้า (๒๐)
Let Moses teaches people the laws of God. (20)

3)ให้โมเสสสำแดงหนทางดำเนินชีวิตและสิ่งที­่ถูกต้อง (๒๐)
Let Moses shows people the ways of living and to do the right things. (20)

4)ให้เลือกผู้นำประชาชนที่สามารถ ยำเกรงพระเจ้า (๒๑)
Let Moses selects capable leaders for the people. (21)

5)ให้พวกผู้นำพิพากษาประชาชนในคดีเล็ก ๆ (๒๑-๒๒)
Let those leaders decided for small disputes. (21-22)

6)ให้โมเสสตัดสินคดีใหญ่ ๆ (๒๑-๒๒)
Moses will deal with only big disputes. (21-22)
