Choosing the best way according to 4 biblical advices:

1)จงเลือกดำเนินชีวิตตามพระวิญญาณ (๑๖)
Live by the Spirit, I say. (16)

2)จงอย่าสนองความต้องการของเนื้อหนัง (๑๖)
And do not gratify the desires of the flesh.(16)

3)เนื้อหนังต่อสู้กับพระวิญญาณ เพราะทั้งสองเป็นศัตรูกัน (๑๗)
For what the flesh desires is opposed to the Spirit, and what the Spirit desires is opposed to the flesh; for these are opposed to each other. (17)

4)เนื้อหนังจะขัดขวางการทำดีในชีวิตของเราเสมอ (๑๗)
To prevent you from doing what you want. (17)
