The 7 facts in life battleground:

1)ทุกคนต้องวิ่งในการแข่งขัน (๒๔)
In a race the runners all compete. (24)

2)ทุกคนมีความหวังจะได้รางวัล (๒๔)
Run in such a way that you may win it. (24)

3)ทุกคนจะต้องเคร่งในระเบียบ (๒๕)
Athletes exercise self-control in all things. (25)

4)เพื่อได้มงกุฏที่ร่วงโรยแต่เราวิ่งเพื่อได้มงกุฏที่ไม่ร่วงโรย (๒๕)
They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable one. (๒๕)

5)ข้าพเจ้าวิ่งโดยมีเป้าหมาย (๒๖)
So I do not run aimlessly, nor do I box as though beating the air. (26)

6)ข้าพเจ้าทุบตีร่างกายให้มันแข็งจนอยู่มือ (๒๗)
But I punish my body and enslave it. (27)

7)เพื่อตัวเหมาะเป็นคนใช้การได้ (๒๗)
So that after proclaiming to others I myself should not be disqualified. (27)
