The 5 teachings on swearing:

1)จงอย่าสาบานเลย (๓๔)
Do not swear at all. (34)

2)อย่าอ้างสรรวค์(๓๔)
Either by heaven, for it is the throne of God. (34)

3)อย่าอ้างแผ่นดินโลก (๓๕)
Or by the earth, for it is his footstool. (35)

4)อย่าอ้างเยรูซาเล็ม (๓๕)
Or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. (35)

5)อย่าอ้างถึงศีรษะของตนเอง (๓๖)
Do not swear by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. (36)

6)ให้พูดตามจริง ถ้าพูดเกินนี้มาจากความชั่ว (๓๗)
Just say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ anything more than this comes from evil. (37)
