ข้อพระธรรม: เอเฟซัส ๕:๑๕-๒๑ Ephesians 5:15-21
โครงเรื่อง: ลักษณะ ๗ ประการของคนที่ตื่นอยู่
We thank God for these 7 reasons:

1)รู้จักใช้ทุกโอกาสให้เป็นประโยชน์ (๑๖)
Making the most of the time, because the days are evil. (12)

2)ไม่โง่เขลาแต่เข้าใจน้ำพระทัยพระเจ้า (๑๗)
So do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. (17)

3)ไม่เมาเหล้าองุ่น (๑๘)
Do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery. (18)

4)ประกอบด้วยพระวิญญาณ(๑๘)
But be filled with the Spirit. (18)

5)ปราศัยกันด้วยเพลงสดุดีจากใจถวายเกียรติแด่พระเจ้า(๑๙)
As you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves,
singing and making melody to the Lord in your hearts. (19)

6)ขอบคุณพระเจ้าในสิ่งสารพัดทุกเวลา (๒๐)
Giving thanks to God the Father at all times and for everything in the name
of our Lord Jesus Christ.

7)ยอมฟังกันและกันเพราะยำเกรงพระคริสต์ (๒๑)
Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ. (21)
