ข้อพระธรรมScripture: อพยพ ๒๓:๑๐-๑๓ Exodus 23:10-13
โครงเรื่อง: คำสั่ง ๖ ข้อในเรื่องวันที่๗และปีที่๗ The 6 commands on the 7th day and 7th year:

1)จงหว่านพืชและเก็บเกี่ยวผลในนาของเจ้าตล­อดหกปี (๑๐)
For six years you shall sow your land and gather in its yield. (10)

2)แต่ปีที่เจ็ดจงงดเสีย ปล่อยให้ที่นาว่างอยู่ (๑๑)
But the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow. (11)

3)เพื่อให้คนจงเก็บกิน (๑๑)
That the poor of you people may eat. (11)

4)ส่วนที่เหลือให้สัตว์ป่ากิน (๑๑)
And what they leave the wild beasts may eat. (11)

5)จงทำงานหกวัน ส่วนวันที่เจ็ดจงหยุดงาน (๑๒) Six days you shall do your work, but on the seventh day you shall rest. (12)

๖)เพื่อโค ลาและเจ้ารวมทั้งลูกชาย ทาสีและคนต่างด้าวจะได้พักให้สดชื่น (๑๒)
That your ox and your ass may have rest, and the son of your bond-maid , and the alien, may be refreshed. (12)
