The Holy Spirit helps us in 7 situations:

1)ทรงช่วยเราเมื่อเราอ่อนกำลัง (๒๖)
The Spirit helps us in our weakness. (26)

2)ทรงอธิษฐานขอแทนเรา (๒๖)
The Spirit intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words. (26)

3)ทรงอธิษฐานขอเพื่อเราตามพระทัยพระเจ้า (๒๗)
The Spirit intercedes for us according to the will of God. (27)

4)ทรงช่วยเราให้เกิดผลดีในทุกสิ่ง (๒๘)
God works for good with those who love him. (28)

5)ทรงโปรดให้เราเป็นผู้ชอบธรรม (๓๐)
Those whom He called He also justified. (30)

6)ทรงโปรดให้มีศักดิ์ศรี (๓๐)
Those whom He justified He also glorified. (30)

7)ถ้าพระเจ้าอยู่ฝ่ายเรา ใครจะขัดขวางเราได้ (๓๑)
If God is for us, who is against us? (31)
